These terms govern the use of fndrs.io. Reading the site, using its tools, and sending a form means you accept them. The FNDRS platform has terms of its own.

You may use fndrs.io for your own information and to get in touch with FNDRS. You may not use it in a way that interferes with the site, that harvests information from it, or that misrepresents who you are. Automated access to the site's forms is not permitted.

The content on this site, including the exit score, the FNDRS Elements®, the calculators, and any valuation figures, is general information for business owners. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or any business. Every business is different. Act on your own situation with your own advisors.
Using the site does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship with FNDRS. An engagement begins only with a written agreement signed by both sides.

Examples, statistics, and testimonials on the site describe particular situations and are not a promise about yours. FNDRS does not guarantee a sale, a price, a multiple, a timeline, or any other result. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

The FNDRS platform
The FNDRS platform at platform.fndrs.io is a separate application. Creating an account and using it are governed by the platform's own terms, which you accept there.

Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, images, video, and code, and the frameworks it describes, including the FNDRS Elements® and the six pillars of value, belong to FNDRS or its licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. Reproducing, republishing, or building a product on this material requires our written permission.
FNDRS and the FNDRS Elements are marks of FNDRS. Other names on the site belong to their owners.

The site links to sites FNDRS does not control, including event venues, ticketing, and partners. Those sites have their own terms and notices, and FNDRS is not responsible for their content or their practices.

What you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send through the site's forms and for having the right to send it. Do not send confidential information about a third party through the site. Anything you submit is handled under the privacy notice.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. FNDRS makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any figure it produces is accurate or complete.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FNDRS is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute about them is heard in the courts of that state. Counsel will name the state and the venue in the final text.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the change.
