The film
Nick Long, our CEO and co-founder, walks through every way to start with FNDRS, from the free first call to the Accelerator, and why the work is prescribed rather than sold.
01
The first step is a gap analysis call with an advisor. It shows the gaps in the business, which ones matter most, and what they cost you today and at the exit.
02
The valuation and the roadmap, a VIP day built around your business, or one of our events, where you can ask our clients what the work was like.
03
It follows the roadmap or a VIP day, and it is an invitation, not an obligation. Its pace is set by your timeline and the outcome you are after.
What it costs
Two things are free, the advisory plan is quoted on a call, and the terms of a sale are set on a call too.
Nothing. The exit score is free and takes about fifteen minutes, and the FNDRS Core valuation is free and includes the valuation and its report. Both show where the value sits today before anyone talks about fees.
Accelerator is the full system with an exit advisor on the plan: the more precise valuation and the full scorecard, the real-time valuation, the roadmap, a personalized onboarding call, weekly advisor sessions, and monthly reviews. Ask for the current terms on a call; they are not published here yet.
The Go-To-Market Analysis is $10,000, flat, and it is credited in full against the fee for the sale if you go on to engage us. A sale is a retainer and a success fee, and the retainer is credited against the success fee. The figures depend on the size of the business, so we set them with you on a call. On a sale we run for you, you are the only one who pays us. A buyer pays us nothing.
There are two plans. Core is free and includes the valuation and its report. Accelerator adds the precise valuation, the real-time valuation, the roadmap, the onboarding call, monthly support from an exit advisor, and weekly advisor sessions for deeper, operations-focused work.
It takes weeks of analysis for an advisor to work through a business, so refunds are not the normal path unless there are special circumstances. If you have concerns about the subscription, talk to the sales and support team about your situation.
Owners of $3M to $30M businesses. The elements apply at every size, and the exit score tells you how far you are from that range.
A VIP Day is a few days in person with Nick Long and the FNDRS team on the part of the business that is stuck, most often the sales engine. It is a significant investment and not for everybody, as Nick says in the film; the terms are not published here, so talk to your exit advisor about whether it fits. The VIP Days page carries the film.

What the work covers
The exit-readiness score and the core valuation are free. The build work runs on the FNDRS Accelerator plan. The Go-To-Market Analysis is $10,000 and credited, and a sale is a retainer and a success fee. Pick a stage to see what happens in it and what you leave with.
A first call with an exit advisor · The exit-readiness score across the six pillars · Your number, your timeline, and what the day after looks like · An honest read on fit, both ways
Your exit score · A one-page read of the business · A recommended path: build first, or go to market
A founder who worked with FNDRS
I was skeptical, but I have changed my mind.

On how the work helped him understand his own business and get it prepared.
Fifteen minutes, no fee, and a number you can act on. The conversation about terms comes after you know where you stand.
