About Adrian

Exit advisor at FNDRS

Adrian D. Adderley is a senior finance and operations executive, founder, and advisor with more than 15 years of experience leading financial strategy, operational transformation, and organizational growth across public, private equity-backed, and high-growth companies.

His career began at a publicly traded financial services firm, where he held Vice President roles leading financial planning and analysis, equity capital markets, and sales operations. He went on to broader executive leadership, serving as head of finance for an early-stage company, fractional Chief Financial Officer to a portfolio of companies, and Chief Financial and Operations Officer of a private equity-backed communications company.

Adrian combines institutional financial discipline with an entrepreneur's perspective. He has led ventures from concept through launch and has guided companies through each stage of growth, from early formation to scale and the strategic transitions that follow. He currently advises founders and executive teams across a range of industries on strategy, financial management, and operational performance.

A native of South Florida and a father of two, Adrian is deliberate about the partnerships he pursues. His work is grounded in shared values, integrity, and a commitment to outcomes that serve owners, their teams, and the communities in which they operate.
