Business and operations at FNDRS
Cecilia Camacho works in business and operations at FNDRS. She supports the systems behind the team's work, including the CRM, the automations, the integrations between tools, and the written processes that help the team run work the same way every time. She works alongside the events team on the FNDRS summits, helping with ticketing, attendee communications, and the printed workbooks, and she supports Exit Accelerator members between sessions.
Before FNDRS, Cecilia spent six years as an operations manager and integrator for founder-led companies, including Chet Holmes International. There she implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), led automation and AI projects, and trained teams to use the technology they depended on.
A Mexican American mother of four based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Cecilia spends her time away from work with her family and on creative pursuits: reading, writing, and drawing.
