§1 Definition
Written, current procedures for every repeatable task.
An SOP Library is a set of written, current standard operating procedures for every repeatable task in the business, from onboarding a customer to closing the month. It is the difference between a business that runs on the way we have always done it and one that runs on documented method a new owner can follow.
A restoration company with a written playbook for every job type can open a second location or hand the business to new management. One where quality depends on which crew shows up cannot.
Use cases
Documenting your twenty most frequent tasks first, having the people who do the work write the procedures, storing them where staff actually use them, and reviewing them annually so they stay current.
The transfer family
Evidence that the company runs the same on day one under new ownership. Transfer elements are what diligence tests.
Transferability. What lets the company run the same on day one under new ownership: procedures, seats, a data room, a successor.
Meet the family§2 Measurement
Share of repeatable tasks with a written, current SOP, and evidence the SOPs are followed.
How the scale reads
§3 Matrix
Every element of the family plotted by its sample score today against its target. The dashed line is the target itself: the farther a point sits above it, the more lift the assay asks for. Below 50 on either axis is the gap a buyer will price.
§4 Position
4 elements share the family. Read them together: a buyer prices them as a group.
§5 Compounds
Compounds are the properties buyers actually price: several elements bonded into one. Each is scored from its parts.
Runs the same on day one under new ownership. Procedures, seats, and evidence all written down.

§6 In the FNDRS journey
The assay scores it. The process, the pillars, and the platform move it. Table 2 lists every place this element is on the agenda.

| Pillar of valueOperational independence | The single biggest lever on the multiple, and the one that takes the longest to move. A buyer is paying for a company, not for you, and the price reflects how true that is. | OdMdKpAcDd | The pillar |

§7 In the valuation
Measured Low leverage
The FNDRS valuation reads this element directly. Its assay score derives from the same answers the engine scores, so the assay and the valuation can never disagree.
What FNDRS reads
Written procedures for employees, operations documented for staff, and an onboarding system.
The exit score is the first assay: fifteen minutes, six pillars, and a first read on the elements that matter most.
